Vision Aims 2024

Teaching:

• Video teaching for website
• Good Book Guide days (for developing in-house teachers and others)

Ministry: 

• Building a discipleship team
• Recruiting leaders to the Leadership Team and some new Trustees

Worship:

• Building a worship team (musicians, prayers, communion leaders)
• Establishing an annual Wildfire service

Community:

• Setting up a weekly Wildfire youth club
• Progressing the Building Improvement Project as part of working towards our Silver Eco
  Church award

Outreach: 

• Recruiting members to the outreach team
• Intentional outreach opportunities (developing a presence in the town centre)
